Finding Credibility As A Wealth Creation Affiliate

This is an important subject, because if you cannot show yourself as credible, trustworthy, and reliable, who is going to want to invest in you and your affiliate program? How would throwing their money into a questionable wealth creation program benefit them financially?

It wouldn’t. That is exactly why establishing credibility with affiliate website visitors is paramount to success with our (any) wealth creation affiliate program.

Where Is Your Credibility?

Before when we talked about establishing affiliate site credibility, we talked about showing some personality and developing a relationship, a good rapport, with the people using your affiliate website. Now let’s go a step further.

Yes affiliate website visitors want to know that there is a real person behind the product, but they also want to know that that person is one who knows about the wealth creation products and about the problems facing them (your visitors); they also want to know about the success of your wealth creation system. In one package, wealth creation affiliate website visitors want a professional, knowledgeable, successful resource.

Now, if you are just starting out in our wealth creation programs and still getting to know our wealth creation affiliate program, you might feel like you are at a loss for credibility. And if you don’t (think you) have it, how can you tell your customers you do?

You have a few options.

• Learn; as you learn you grow. The more time you spend using and learning about our wealth creation products, the more you will learn, the stronger your credibility.

• Be resourceful; if you don’t have the answers, one of us will. Research, use our tools, and get the answers you need to show your credibility and knowledge.

Borrowing credibility is important. It’s not a cop-out. To really prove your products, you have to borrow credibility from others because the one thing people want to see before they invest their money is that this is a successful wealth creation product, and the way that is done is by showing how others—many others—have been successful.

It’s important to find credibility, but it’s also important to feel confident in doing so. You’ve taken the steps to succeed at wealth creation, you’ve joined this affiliate program, and that in itself gives you credibility because there is no way you could have gotten there without knowing something about wealth creation and the power of these products. So you see, every one of you has credibility as a wealth creation affiliate—now all you have to do is tell about it!

Are You Exposing Yourself Enough?

I’ve given you quite a few tools, tips, and tricks now for gaining exposure and driving traffic to your wealth creation affiliate website. Now take a minute to review and decide if your marketing strategy for your wealth creation website is enough.

Ask yourself some questions.

• Is your wealth creation affiliate website traffic increasing?

• Are you gaining credibility?

• Are contacts increasing?

• Are affiliate program profits increasing?

• Are you becoming known in wealth creation circles?

• Have you built new relationships with other wealth creation affiliate , interested parties, and clients?

• Have you built a community of wealth creation fans around your affiliate program website?

If you’ve used these tools effectively, you should be able to answer yes to more than one of these questions. Hopefully, the majority; if you’ve really listened, you can say yes to all. If not, keep at it, it will happen.

I’ll Get Back to You

You know that it’s important to give your affiliate website visitors plenty of contact information so that they can reach you. You know that it’s important to invite visitors to your website affiliate program to use those contacts. What you do after that contact is made will make all the difference in the world as far as the success of your wealth creation affiliate program goes.

Getting In Touch

Most of the contacts that are made to you via your affiliate website will be made through email or response forms. That means that you will often be left with messages waiting for you—and more importantly, clients waiting for a response.

It is very important that you follow through on your promises to respond to people after contact has been made. Remember that any invitation to contact you implies (and hopefully expresses) that you will respond. If you have invited people to use your contacts and ask you questions or ask for more information, you have implied a promise to follow through and get back to them with the information they want or need.

What Happens If You Don’t Respond?

Think about how you feel when you do not get a timely response from a professional who has invited and promised to help you. You probably think

• This person is not credible

• This person is not interested in helping you succeed

• This person does not care about his or her business

• This person is not trustworthy

• This person is not a professional

This is not how you want to portray yourself to those who are coming to your affiliate website looking for your help in wealth creation. Anything that you do that portrays that type of image of yourself will lose customers for your affiliate program.

Now think of how easy it would be to prevent that negative image, and just do as you promised—get back to your clients! They’ve taken time and energy out of their busy day to consider your affiliate website, time and energy to contact you, and you need to return the effort.

As a last note, I’d like to point out that it is very possible there will be times when you won’t have all the answers, and that’s okay. But that should not stop you from responding. It is much more professional to respond with an ‘I don’t know’ or ‘I’m working on getting you that information’ than to ignore a client.

What Makes You The Expert

Last time we talked about talking like an expert — showing your authority to establish your online credibility on your affiliate website. Now, despite the fact that you’ve all taken the initiative to improve your life by building wealth with our affiliate program, I know there are many of you who probably read that post thinking, “But I’m not an expert!” I’m here today to show you how wrong you are. (meant nicely)

There are many things that define people as experts. And being an advanced University degree holder is only one of them. Practically speaking, it takes a whole lot more to be an expert than to have made your way through University.

Definition Of Expert

Let’s take a look at this dictionary definition of “expert”:

Expert
“skilled or knowledgeable person: somebody with a great deal of knowledge about, or skill, training, or experience in, a particular field or activity”
(Encarta ® World English Dictionary © & (P) 1998-2004 Microsoft Corporation.)

Nowhere in that definition does it say that a person has to have a high degree to be an expert in a matter. But you’ll notice that it does say that an expert is someone who knows a lot about a subject area, who has skill, training, and experience in a subject matter. A knowledgeable or skilled person.

Now let me tell you. No one gets to be part of our affiliate program without gaining skills and knowledge pertaining to success. That’s just not how the wealth creation affiliate system works. And every one of our affiliate website owners has a wealth of resources to back them that can be used to gain even more knowledge and experience—to make them even more of an expert!

Internet Marketing Can Be Tricky

It’s not by accident that our affiliate program was designed the way it was. Internet Marketing can be tricky some times and I knew that my ‘people’ were going to need backing.  I knew you’d need informational resources and support—and that’s all been included in the sale of our affiliate websites.

So if you are one who was thinking at the end of the last post that you can’t talk like an expert because you’re not one, strike the thought! Take pride in the fact that you are an expert because your efforts have made you so; and find that confidence that you need to prove your credibility to every one of your affiliate website visitors!

Communicating On Affiliate Websites

A few posts back I talked about establishing credibility as a wealth creation affiliate. Today I want to start to break that down a bit, because there are many things that influence your perceived credibility when you are marketing affiliate programs.

Credibility on the internet is established through communication — mainly, the written word; podcasts and video streams are some exceptions, but when it gets down to it, even those are based on written copy. As an affiliate website owner, you have to learn to harness the power of communication. You need to be able to

• Get your message out
• Sell your products
• Establish credibility
• Educate your visitors
• Compel them to buy
• Be trustworthy

Out of all of these, being trustworthy—establishing your credibility—is the most important to the success of your wealth creation affiliate program. After all, if your visitors can’t trust what you say, why would they believe in what you are selling?

Affiliate Website Credibility

Establishing credibility on an affiliate website goes way beyond posting your resume. In fact, your resume probably has very little to do with your credibility as it relates to your affiliate program. Your success proves your credibility far more than your list of degrees and experience in unrelated job fields.

To succeed as a wealth creation affiliate, you need to show yourself as a leader on your affiliate website. Don’t be shy about letting your visitors know what has worked for you. Making money as a wealth creation affiliate is not about beating out the competition; it’s more about getting the “competition” to make money for you.

Be Unique

Our community is unique too, in that we go even further to eliminate the idea of competition through our affiliate websites. I hesitated here even to use that word, but I thought it was the best way to get my point across. Our wealth creation affiliate program is about spreading the wealth—about succeeding as we help others succeed. Because this is a place where we believe there is plenty of money to go around, and the point is to make our way (your way) to a better lifestyle by working smarter instead of working harder.
